Semester Exam Review
The semester exam will be in three parts: fiction, poetry, and writing/revising. For the fiction section, you will read a short story, analyze it, and answer eighteen related questions. The poetry section will require the reading and analysis of two poems and responses to nineteen questions. The writing/revising section will include two passages which you will read and then determine the best changes to be made in the passages (fourteen questions) as well as a written component. Your final section will include eighteen questions demonstrating your understanding of terms discussed throughout this semester.
To review for this exam, I suggest you review your notes and literary terms (all of them). You should have all of these in your notebook; if not, check out a friend's notebook or my main notebook. You will need to reveiw these terms.
